Location

Panorama Heights Apartments are situated about six miles west of the Old Harbour of Kyrenia and an hours drive from the new Ercan airport in the ancient village of Alsancak; nestling on the mountain side with the grandeur of the Kyrenia range behind it and the flats of the south Mediterranean coast in front. The village is populated with a mix of Turkish Cypriots and, mainly British, ex patriots. Nearby are a tiny ancient crusader church and a Greek Orthodox basilica; both visible from the roof terrace that is shared by three residents only. The very popular Escape Beech is a five minute drive away. Within easy walking distance of the development are shops, restaurants, bars and other amenities.

There are thirty architect designed apartments arranged in groups of six around an attractive oasis communal pool with well stocked gardens. The arrangement is such that every three apartments share an exclusive roof terrace and all apartments have a sea view. The first two phases are all sold and occupied for most of the year. The roof terrace provides a truly secluded spot for sun bathing or other activity shared only between three residents, the terraces overlook the sea, pool and gardens to the front and the mountains to the rear.
There is individual parking for each apartment with ample parking for visitors in and around the landscaped gardens which are maintained by a maintenance company for which there is a small annual charge.
